Here is a quick look at some of the corporate web work I did between 2006-2009, when I was working for Backlot Imaging in Milwaukee.

Flash (ActionScript3), XML, CSS, ASP.NET
I led a small team of developers in creating a flexible addition to the client's corporate website. The Flash component had to be attractive, but the content had to also be exposed for printing and easy maintenance. It also incorporates videos. There are multiple program groups (Family Practice, Radiology, OB/GYN, etc) which are updated annually. Hence, all non-video content is marked up in XML, and there are two "display engines", Flash and ASP (for printing). This way, design updates are deployed by updating a single .swf file, and the changes are instantly reflected across all of their program content. The .swf also reads XML and CSS files for many presentation variables.

Flash (ActionScript3), PHP, XML/XHTML, CSS
The Flash portfolio gallery is a reusable asset I've been developing. It is written from scratch in ActionScript3 and all content is marked up in XML, and content-managed by clients using a custom PHP portal. The appearance of the Flash viewer can be customized using an XML config file, meaning different-looking galleries can be deployed to multiple clients using the same compiled .swf, making maintenance easier and opening more CMS options. About a year after the original launch, I moved all the non-Flash content into my "SpooXCMS" system, described to the left, and now the client handles content across the site.
NorthPointe Health
Drupal (PHP), Flash (ActionScript2), XML/XHTML, CSS
This site called for large quantities of client-managed content, so I built it out in the Drupal CMS. Incorporating subtle Flash elements into a Drupal theme while maintaining IE6 compatibility is challenging. Also, the job bank required some custom PHP code, as job data and application form is managed by the client and shared across multiple domains for use at their various facilities.
Jesuits of Wisconsin
Flash (ActionScript3), PHP, XHTML, CSS
I worked with a design agency to implement a rather complicated layout involving a number of dynamic Flash elements, and PHP code for client-added news stories.
Algoma
PHP, Flash (ActionScript2), XML/XHTML, CSS
The product inventory is marked up in XML and modified by the client using a custom PHP CMS. Multiple image versions are generated automatically by the CMS for use in different views, and the site can be used to generate printable sell-sheets.
